The self-developed varieties “Qieyou 3”, “Qieyou 4”, “Qieyou 58”, “Meijia Red Honey” and “Meijia Black Honey” have performed well, it has gradually expanding the demonstration application area to over 3000 mu. The average yield per mu of watermelon variety "Zaojia" by control is 3792.4 kilograms, and the average yield of variety “Meijia Red Honey” in demonstration is 4068.7 kilograms. The average yield per mu of eggplant variety "307" by control is 4952.4 kilograms, and the yield of variety “Qieyou 58” in demonstration is 5384.6 kilograms, with an increase of 7.3% and 8.7% respectively compared to the control variety.

In terms of optimizing and improving seedling cultivation techniques, 4 standardized grafting seedling cultivation techniques are continuously applied for maturation. The demonstration application of sleeve grafting seedling technology for eggplant and fruit vegetables and the application of early spring watermelon grafting seedling technology regulations have increased grafting rate by 10%, grafting survival rate by over 98%, and grafting seedling rate by over 50%. At the same time, actively cooperate with enterprises to develop technical specifications and form local standards, namely “Green Prevention and Control Technical Regulations for the Entire Process of Vegetable Factory Seedling Cultivation”, reducing chemical pesticides by more than 20% and achieving a healthy seedling rate of over 95%. The provincial and local standard "Technical Regulations for Hybrid Seed Production of Eggplant and Fruit Vegetables" carries out eggplant hybrid seed production with seed purity of over 95%.

At present, over 1 billion seedlings are raised annually (including nearly 450 million grafted seedlings), with a total output value of 300 million RMB. It involves over 20 types and 100 varieties of melons and vegetables, including eggplants and leafy vegetables, driving the production area of 300000 mu, and promoting farmers' income increase of over 100 million RMB.
