On June 7, 2026, Professionals from "the Belt and Road" Co-construction Countries Dryland Farming Technology Workshop visited the dryland water-saving agriculture experimental station for inspection. The participants were all professionals in the agricultural fields from countries along the "the Belt and Road", aiming to learn and exchange advanced technologies and practical experiences in dryland agriculture on site.

During the inspection, the participants visited the scientific research facilities and experimental fields, gaining a detailed understanding of the application effectiveness of various dryland water-saving technologies in cost reduction, efficiency improvement, drought resistance, and income increase. Scientific researchers explained the technical principles, application effectiveness, and promotion status on site, and engaged in in-depth discussions with foreign experts on issues such as technology adaptation, crop variety selection and field management, taking into account the different soil and water conditions in different regions.

This event has built a bridge for international agricultural technology exchanges, effectively promoting mutual learning and technology sharing in the field of dryland agriculture among countries along “the Belt and Road”, and further deepening pragmatic cooperation in the agricultural sector.
